This hotel is NOT as advertised. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. I was left stranded for hours without access or instructions on how to gain access to my room. I had to call my credit card company in order to get in contact with “reception.” The rooms are hostel style private rooms and this is NOT a hotel. The bathrooms were constantly leaking water and the bed was caving in. Do not stay here!!! For the same price I could have stayed somewhere much nicer. BEWARE!! THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Terrible experience! Do not book here! I wish i had read the reviews before! Rooms are nothing like the pictures, it is a room inside an apartment, service is terrible and they will do whatever they can to take more money than agreed. Walls are super thin and you will be woken up by people moving around in th apartment. If i could give a -5 stars I would!!!

An absolute scam! You have to pay €30 if you don’t check in between 3-6pm. Get a lockbox! (Yes it was written in the fine print, but nobody reads that, and basic customer service should allow check in until at least 10pm)

**AVOID!!** Absolutely atrocious! Despite the purposely deceptive “hotel” tag, this is NOT a hotel. This is nothing more than a rented-out dirty unit. There were hairs on the bathroom floor, black scuff marks on most the walls, and the bed was TERRIBLE. The bed was VERY deteriorated, saggy, and needed to be replaced years ago!! Mosquito’s were bad too. The most disgusting part was the communication from the owner. Emails were going back and forth just fine right up until the part where I needed help getting into the actual apartment (since I didn’t have a phone with a sim). The owner clearly put me in the “too-hard” basket and still to this day has not replied to any of my emails. But then I emailed him on a different account which got a reply, proving that he was just ignoring me. Abysmal, disgusting customer service. There were also people coming and going ALL through the night since it’s a unit complex with a “hostel vibe”. It has very with thin walls, and several VERY loud internal doors on all the hallways and entrances, so you won’t be getting any sleep. I honestly don’t know how anyone can live in this building, it felt just like a backpacker hostel except with separate rooms. TERRIBLE experience! Don’t ruin your time in Florence, go somewhere else! If I could give zero stars I would.

STAY AWAY! This is not a hotel, its worse than a hostel. Stayed here for 3 nights because they refused to refund the money. Extremely noisy, window is from the early 40’s so you can hear the slightest noise. there is yelling, deliveries at 4am outside with banging and scraping. Room is very dirty, no one to complain to, no reception, no housekeeping, nothing. Just someone’s apartment who will not refund your money. Well he’s in for a surprise now. Going to make sure this place gets shut down forever.
