Had a very pleasant stay here during a short business trip in Berlin. Clean, modern and spacious rooms which were well kept. Very comfortable bathroom, especially the shower. Breakfast was okay, the usual intercontinental affair. A bit of variety day to day would have been nice but there is a decent selection.

Single male, stayed three nights. This hotel is top. When you see a pilot with that face of tiredness probably from a transatlantic flight staying in there, you know resting is paramount...It is also beautiful inside the room, all modern, clean, spacious, bed is great. King bed I selected was a true king bed. Not two beds together. The lighting of the room so cool. When I was there, because of the winter I would say, it was sort of empty which I love it because no noise. I slept like I sleep at home. That is a big statement coming from me, a person who is a really light sleeper that uses ear plugs ALWAYS to try no to wake up by noise. Location is great. And the subway station is like 5 minutes walk. I arrived late at night and seems like a good area, did not see sketchy people. The breakfast is great. I ended up eating there every morning because good selection and food is fresh. Convenient as well before heading out. You can not go wrong with this hotel . If you do, you need help, lol.

Very lovely hotel. Our second floor room was spacious, modern & impeccably clean. Quality bed linen. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking. The bathroom facilities were good, but other than shampoo & handwash, the other supplied cosmetics were very limited & not re supplied during our stay Breakfast buffet was pretty good with a nice selection of dishes. Staff we interacted with were friendly & helpful. Overall very good & we’d stay there again

This hotel is spotlessly clean. From the moment I checked in, the service was fantastic. The room is spacious for a capital. The bathroom isn’t crowded and the entirety of the hotel has been refreshed. I used the gym and it’s also quite good, with a couple treadmills and a couple sets of free weights. Location wise, it’s a brief walk to the Spittelmart UBahn station. I just wish there was more convenience nearby, even a small store. I know the hotel itself has a convenience section but it is not the same. :) Back to service — every time I interacted with a staff member, they were professional, helpful and friendly. I asked for a toothbrush and I was left with everything I needed. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!
