Nice, spacious, and clean rooms. Took 1 star off because there is no robe and slippers, and the little daily lotion that I used on day 1 was not replaced on the following 3 days. The bath is small, and it even so when I tried to feel it with hot water (max) by the time its full the temperature is barely warm (if you wait a bit and add hot water later you can still get a decently warm bath). Also, I had an issue getting into my room on day 3 - lock batteries had to be replaced, which was done promptly I admit. Another star because the conditioner in my room was very loud, and as I am a very light sleeper, I had trouble getting my rest at night, and by the end of my trip, I was feeling exhausted.

The service was impeccable, with a friendly and attentive staff. The room was not only comfortable but also meticulously clean. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city effortless. From the stylish decor to the top-notch amenities, it was a truly five-star experience. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay in downtown Toronto.

Excellent experience. Rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping team kept them pristine during our whole week-long trip. Plenty of space: fridge, dresser, closet, roomy bathroom. Linens and towels were fluffy and clean. Complimentary water and chocolates were a lovely touch! The continental breakfast was okay—I would skip and find something local instead; the selection wasn’t great. The hotel staff were sooo kind and were able to offer great local recommendations for things to do. Location is perfect—safe and easy to walk to many nearby neighborhoods. Ideal for those visiting the university or tourists looking to explore downtown.

I had an incredible experience during my stay at Marriott Courtyard Toronto Downtown. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile, making me feel instantly welcomed and valued. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and the valet went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. My room on the 14th floor was simply, offering a breathtaking of the city skyline that my breath away., the room was meticulously cleaned, and it had all the amenities I requested, including an abundance of fresh towels and face cloths. Overall, I can confidently say that my stay at Marriott Courtyard Toronto Downtown hotel was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a remarkable and enjoyable experience.

This hotel is close to where our son lives so we have been several times…..always clean, professional and meets expectations. In our last visit, however, we had two interactions with housekeeping staff that gave me pause to make this comment. Separately, both women were incredibly pleasant, helpful and honestly made us feel like they valued us as guests. I can only hope that this means they have a manager who appreciates the hotel needs to know how to pick and motivate great people!
