I flew in from Edinburgh at 11am I stayed here for 2 nights to see a concert. The room is small, cozy and had a fridge for any drinks I'd like to keep cool. The bed was super comfy and was clean. The bathroom was a nice size, big mirror and clean apart from a small stain in the bathtub plus I would say that the toilet paper was very thin. Service was phenomenal. My room was ready even though I arrived 3h before check-in. Staff helped me with my bags to the room and helped keep my bags in the hotel after check-out to walk around the city a little bit more. Location is amazing as well. Super close to quite a lot of public transport and only a 30 minute walk to union station and in walking distance to a few shops on church street. Overall it was a phenomenal stay! Especially for it being my first time in the city. The staff were kind and friendly and the room met my expectations. I would definitely book here again for the future! Thank you!

I've had multiple great stays at this quaint inn. While the basement room is not flashy, the inn itself is charming and serves its purpose perfectly. The staff are always warm, friendly, and happy to help. The lobby is especially cozy and well decorated, and the downtown location is ideal for exploring. A simple gem with a welcoming vibe, thank you for everything!

Good clean room. Staff were friendly, quickly fixed any issues even showed me two rooms to see which one I like! Coffee was appreciate in the morning. Obviously this is not a 5 star hotel, but for the price it does well! Some homeless people around the area, but it is expected given the location. Never was worried for my safety

The hotel is located on a quiet residential street about 2km away from the business district. It is a 15 minute walk to City Hall. The room was clean, quiet & comfortable. The room size is comparable to a European size room- but it met my needs. The exterior is well lit at night. What I appreciated the most was that there was always some at the front desk and ALL of the front desk staff were friendly, and greeted you upon entering and leaving. It is well maintained both inside and out. It is a adequate place that met my needs, yet charming and I would definitely stay again.
