The room is clean and met my expectations for an airport hotel. The receptionist is nice and welcoming. The value is great. Skyline bar has a very nice view for the airport runway. The breakfast is of nice variety and costs £10 per person. It gets quite noisy in the morning with all flights taking off and landing

I stayed at this hotel for a week for a conference. Overall, I had a good experience. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and polite. The buffet is beautiful and the staff is professional and respectful, especially Maria. Zaher is another great employee who is always happy to help. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The heater in my room didn't work well, which was a bit of a problem in the cold weather. The food for lunch and dinner could also be improved. I had a few friends who got sick after eating the food, so I would recommend that the hotel take a look at the quality of the food. Finally, I wasn't aware that housekeeping would enter my room and clean it. This happened without my knowledge, and I was a bit surprised when I came back to my room to find it cleaned. I think it would be helpful if the hotel gave guests a heads up before housekeeping enters their room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to others. While there are some positive aspects, the issues I encountered outweigh the benefits.

I had an overnight between flights so booked here. Will definitely use it again in the future. Easy location by the airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast for a nominal fee. Room was super clean and bed was really comfortable.

I stayed here for the night before a morning flight. The room was a good size, and very clean. One thing to be aware of if traveling with a companion: the bathroom door and part of the wall is frosted glass. This lets light through so the lights in the bathroom will light up the whole room. I had dinner in the sky bar, the food was good and I thought very reasonably priced for an airport hotel - I had a sandwich with fries and a salad, and a cocktail, for £20. Service was excellent and the view was great. While the location is very close to terminals 2 and 3, the bus only runs once an hour. An Uber to the hotel from terminal 3 cost £26 and hotel to airport was £15 - for a 10 minute ride.

This clean, safe, comfortable and beautiful hotel is conveniently located close to heathrow Airport - literally less than a mile! I could see views of the runway and hangars from my room window and throughout the hotel. Staff was accommodating, friendly, informative and responsive. It's a great place to stay while in transit and also for leisure as it's close to shopping centers. Commuting to landmarks and historic sites throughout London was also easy from this location. Restaurants at the hotel were pretty decent too with a sky bar and view of the airport - I'd recommend!
