Recently stayed one night with my partner and 8mo ahead of a work trip. The room was spacious and clean and the provided travel cot was of great quality. It was also really quiet considering it’s right next to the airport! The staff were really helpful upon check in and really friendly and welcoming in breakfast, particularly to my daughter which is always appreciated. We had both room service and breakfast in the hotel and the quality of the food was fantastic, you could tell it was freshly made, it was delicious Would definitely recommend for future stays.

He had a lovely stay here and I have no complaints the room or the service. I would have given 5 stars but felt the £50 early check in fee is a bit steep and not mentioned when you book. We arrived early after our flight home. We went to the hotel on the off chance we may be able to check in early. They said there was a room available so we were really pleased. We were then told it would be £50 to check in early. I would completely understand this if they had to get a room ready especially but as it was already there waiting I feel an additional £50 is not on.

Decent stop off if you are wanting to be close to the airport. Not much to do in the near vicinity. Good food served at Carluccio. Staff are very nice to you. Use the gym regularly which is small. Has enough equipment for a cardio burst if required. Has a swimming pool, but I have never used it. Overall, pretty happy with my stays at this hotel.

We booked this hotel for the night after a flight cancellation because of the pool, jacuzzi & steak room. There was no mention at the time of booking that these are currently under renovation & out of use. In addition to this, the room temperature is far too hot & the A/C has completely failed the cool the room at all over the past 3 hours despite it being 8C outside (it is currently 26C in the room). The windows also do not open so there is no way of getting fresh air circulating to the room. Overall, this offers no benefit over the cheaper options in the area & should be avoided.

I’ve been staying at this property for the past 18 years and their service has always been excellent. I had the opportunity to return back to find a renowned and renovated hotel. The new renovations done to the rooms are mind blowing. I’ve always had access to the old lounge which was small for the amount travelers. Now the new lounge is quadruple the size, food at dinner was delicious not to forget the courtesy drinks. The British breakfast was hot and on point. Good spread of breakfast food available. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through London…Cheers
