The best hotel I have stayed at so far at LAX most of the hotels are pretty ordinary not this one. I found the customer service to be pleasant the lounge space quiet and peaceful can get busy at night times. The rooms are clean and very large have everything you need. The water pressure in the shower could be a little stronger. It's very close to LAX a 3 min shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel and have told my family and friends about it.. will stay again.

The hotel boasts a conveniently close location to LAX, just a 6-10 minute drive away. The 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport is a plus, although be sure to allow extra buffer time as the shuttles can fill up quickly. Unfortunately, we missed our preferred shuttle due to capacity issues, waiting about 30 minutes for the next one.
The rooms, while showing signs of age, provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

The Google picture for this hotel is of the Hyatt down the street, not the Courtyard by Marriott. As a business hotel, it was passable. The bathroom is cramped but usable. The sink is outside the bathroom. The faucet does not match the sink, so when you wash your hands water goes all over. The room was clean and had no smells. The mattress was a bit worn, but typical of a midrange business hotel. It was difficult to turn off the water in the shower, it took a lot of force to turn the water all the way off. This hotel was supposed to have turn-down service, but my room was not made up. I didn't use the gym. I purchased a bagel on the way out, which was very convenient. I would not stay here for a vacation, but for a business trip it was passable.
