I recently had an outstanding experience at Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay memorable from the start. The rooms were not only nice but also impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One highlight was the delightful dining experience at their bistro—the food was truly exceptional. I highly recommend trying it; you won't be disappointed. What added to our positive experience was the hotel's recognition of our Titanium status. They honored it by providing late check-out and other benefits, going above and beyond our expectations. The fact that they did so without us even asking for it speaks volumes about their commitment to guest satisfaction. I wholeheartedly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Downtown to anyone visiting the area. We will certainly be returning when we visit Florida again. Kudos to the team for creating such a fantastic hospitality experience!

My wife had a 3-day training in Downtown Orlando and we stayed in this hotel. I was working remotely so I had a chance to enjoy the hotel, including the amenities while being productive. The room is clean and has a good spot to work which I like. The gym is not that bad. The Bistro & Starbucks makes this hotel worth it of staying. We always have good coffee and the food & drinks are good. The customer service is also exceptional. Highly recommended to stay for business & vacation purposes!

an unforgettable experience !! From the moment we arrived, Dominique welcomed us with a smile and was very friendly and willing to help us with what we needed. The location was very convenient and close to main roads, the restaurant had a very good variety as well as the Bar (Adam really makes the perfect margarita and and the bar has a great vibe. I highly recommend this Hotel. I came with my family and I would not hesitate to return here every time for vacation, business trip, etc. Thank you all very much for making this stay so pleasant.

I booked a night here when going to see a concert at Dr. Phillips Center for the performing arts. It's a bit tricky to get to because the one ways around it. Behind the 7-Eleven. Front desk and sundries market. Also a bar and coffee plus food were available on site. When I booked it gave me a $40 credit for food and drink on site. I ate fries and had some screwdrivers the evening before. Staff were really amazing and helpful while there. The room was beautiful and spacious. There was a pull out couch and you could angle the TV. There wasn't a microwave in the room, but there was a mini fridge. The microwave was in the sundries market. We didn't have time to do the pool sadly, but next time, I'd love to check it out. Everything about the trip was amazing and I will definitely be back in the future the next time I go to Orlando.

Beautiful property with what looks like newly renovated rooms and common space. Front Desk agent Ashley was hopsitable and a perfect representation of what should be a friendly welcome. Seriously, this is important to point out her great Customer Service Skills as many of the Marriots near and in Orlando in particular HEAVILY lack such a good employee. The rooms are spacious and the property has a fireplace and pool outdoors. They have a Bistro on site as many Courtyards do, but the environment in the lobby near the Bistro was good . Everything in the room is up to standard and nothing to be complained about. definitely a great property to stay at in Downtown Orlando. Its about 20-25 minutes away from the Theme parks with traffic, just an FYI.
