Textbook hotel! Firstly I want to say thank you to the amazing staff that has been so kind and helpful during our stay here, we really felt at home! The room was very nice, with a very comfortable bed and a good bathroom. Next to this the hotel also has an extensive gym with lots of space & a sauna, which was a nice bonus. There is also a huge lounge area with comfortable couches which is a nice place to relax for a bit. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast and had everything we needed to start the day fresh. It's a nice touch they had HP sauce for our bacon & sausages. Overall I would highly recommend this place, it isn't too expensive as the location is not within the city center, but you can get there within 20 minutes so that's fine. Will definitely come back here next time in Stockholm!

This hotel is wonderful. Well placed in regards to transit to take you anywhere else but not far away from anything either. The hotel staff are lovely, special thanks to Karin and Sebastian who were very welcoming and assisted with everything. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

A very well-organized hotel. An excellent location as a point of visit in Stockholm. Bolt or Uber can get you to the Historic Center in 10 minutes, which is a must-visit. A superb city-view from the upper floors. Breakfast with many traditional dishes in addition to the classic options you'd expect from this kind of hotel. Very friendly and well-intentioned staff.

Great Hotel. I have just been there for my second time (the first time 10 years ago) and it's always been a pleasant stay. Rooms are large, modern, clean and service is great. A part of the hotel is currently under renovation right now so it's going to be even better in the future. Breakfast has a nice variety, also the restaurant Bjork Bar and Grill is good. Prices not so expensive. I would definitely come back here. Great experience.

As an Asian guest with a dog, I was privileged to feel discri**nated against (not that they'd admit it, but actions speak louder than words) during my stay. It was a delightful adventure from start to finish. My once-in-a-lifetime experience was filled with countless exciting surprises: 1. The room was as cold as the Arctic, but don't worry, they kindly offered me a room that was just a tiny bit less freezing, where I could enjoy the soothing sound of an external heater that gave me a lovely headache. 2. The room's cleanliness was a masterpiece of minimalism, with charming remnants of previous guests and their furry friends. 3. Housekeeping was oddly flexible, offering to clean my room multiple times when I was about to check out. I just wish they had told me earlier, like when I checked in. 4. The reception staff provided a level of service that was subpar even for subpar standards. 5. At midnight, I was thrilled to discover that the curtains in my room had an amusing habit of falling down. 6. The room lacks wall decorations that appeared well on the Booking description photos. 7. The second room's washroom had a unique, unforgettable odor liké soaked socks on thé cake. In a breathtaking twist, the compensation offered was an epic saga. The reception staff initially promised a certain percentage of the stay price, only to change their minds and generously provide a refund of 20 euros, which covered approximately nothing. My experience was nothing short of a frustrating rollercoaster ride. I hope this feedback serves as a stark warning to potential guests.
