The Swedish receptionist opted to communicate exclusively in Swedish with the only Swedish guest excluding international guest, myself from start to finish, despite the need to interact with both guests. Since there were slight issues related to card payment and check-in, conversation was absolutely necessary, yet the effort to use English was not made. Kindness and accurate guidance are essential in the hotel business. It seems that staff training is warranted.

Perfect stay at Scandic Klara! The room was of reasonable size (I was alone), the bed was extremely comfortable and there was a desk, which can be convenient. The staff was super friendly and really accommodating my requests. I arrived in the morning (way before check-in) to let my luggage there before heading for the city and I was lucky that a room was already available and I was able to take it directly (without any fees). There is also the possibility to ask for an early breakfast, which is a reduced version of the buffet but it is very convenient if you have an early transport to take. The hotel is also 10 minutes by foot from the train station or Arlanda express, which makes it at a super location for your departure.

Very helpful, kind staff. Clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Washable floor, pleasant colors, good hangers & hanging rack to dry clothes, fast kettle. Started in standard double which was so cramped. Moved to larger room. Loved the use of free bikes. But each bike had issues. It'd be good to keep those in safe working order. Frig was more like a micro-frig, so tiny. AC is very loud. Check for sewer odor in shower. Wi-Fi was very slow.

My family had a wonderful visit to this hotel. It’s central location is ideal. Despite being in a busy area the rooms were very quiet. Like many hotels in European cities, they’re on the smaller side, but very clean and comfortable. The front desk people were incredibly kind and helpful. Just a 10 min walk to the train station, very easy to walk even with bags.
