The staff is very professional and friendly at any time of the day. The room are comfortable and clean, if you have any inconvenience, they staff with responde right away. The hotel has direct access to the mall, which is very convenient and safe, with lots of options right outside the door. Definitely recommend it.

Overwhelmed staff, no sense of costumer service. Despite the 90 minutes wait past midnight with a tired child nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience. Courtesy breakfast or late checkout would had been appreciated. But we were only given a bottle of water (after requesting it) and were allowed to wait on a couch. Being the second bad expérience with the group within two months when it comes to costumer service I would not recommend it and probably avoid the group when possible.
