Hotel and location were great. The customer service was horrible. The receptionist (I believe her name was Lariza) had a passive aggressive attitude and seemed like it was her first day at the job. The keys to our rooms were not activated and had to take 2-3 trip back to the front desk for her to reactivate them - it seemed intentional. Overall, not the best experience

Good value for money, the rooms are quiet, AC runs smoothly. My room wasn't however perfectly clean when I entered. Windows don't open! Breakfast served is rather limited, not many positions to choose from. The hotel is located in front of a metrobus station which is quite comfortable, unfortunately not many good places to eat in the area.

EXTREMELY CLEAN hotel. The room and lobby always clean and front desk attendants are pleassnt. This hotel is connected to a mall and is in the second floor so there are doorman that greet you daily. The room is very basic but has all the necessary amenities and they give you two bottled waters which are replenished daily. The bed is nice and firm and the room is fairly spacious. CONS: Only one front attendance speaks English.
