Undoubtedly one of my favorite places! This hotel in Ho Chi Minh City is a gem—I highly recommend it. With every conceivable facility available at such reasonable prices, it's a steal. I cherished every moment of my stay here, and it truly made my time in Vietnam memorable. I don't know why people rating this place low... I am honestly happy with the services and other amenities... And the price is very reasonable....

The room is small, outdated and dirty. It seems like they barely clean the room. The drinking glass is dirty. The bathroom and coffee table need some serious maintenance. The location is very far from the city center. The only positive thing about this place is amble parking for your car which is rare. You should stay away from this place.

Not sure with the bad review, but based on my experience staying here for 4 days, it's been worth the price. The staff is friendly, the facilities is perfect, they have gym, convenience store, rooftop pool (unlucky while in my stay, they're on renovation, but that's a good sign, they are tying to make the place better), I asked for room upgrade and the price is reasonable for the room, the cleaning staff is also friendly, and the most important thing is the room I stayed is pretty clean!!! Well done

Customer Service - VERY POOR! Facilities - VERY POOR! DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE! FIND ANOTHER ONE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCE IN HO CHI MINH! Reading the other reviews will make you wonder if it’s really true or not, until you’ll personally experience how horrible (understatement) this place is! We called them at around 5pm that we will be late in checking in because our arrival from our flight is at 11pm. They acknowledged and told us everything is good! But to our surprise, they cancelled our booking when we arrived at the hotel and we were without a place to stay at 1:00AM for 6 people; with a 1-year old and a 71-year old with us! But of course, they then told us to rebook the rooms at a higher price! Which is absurd! And please don’t get me started about their rooms!!! DO NOT, I really mean it, do not consider staying here!!!!
