We enjoyed our one night stay at Cozy Danang Boutique Hotel. Our two rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. We got a free upgrade for one of the rooms and had a view of the Dragon Bridge. (The view would have been perfect but there was an eyesore of a billboard right in front of the bridge). The breakfast spread was varied but the coffee was weak. I didn't have a chance to check out the pool. We came in December and it was raining and chilly. The pool was not heated. The location is great. It's a five minute walk to the head of the Dragon Bridge.

The staff was so lovely. and the service was great! They also went ahead and upgraded our room for us for free (we didnt even ask but they did it for us!) The room was very clean as well and interior design looked amazing. Would definitely come back when we visit again.

Our first room was smelly and partly dirty - this could have been avoided. Nevertheless the staff gave us a bigger room and made sure it was clean after we complained. The breakfast is kind of „loveless“ and not as varied as in other hotels - the cheese was dry, fruits were old and there was almost no breakfast left at 9am (service should be until 10). Also too few vegetarian options. The pool is quite small but okay and the rooftop bar is just a little room. Not worth it. The staff is eager to help you but overall they can’t compensate all deficits.
