Could not fault in any way! Amazingly clean and well-looked after accommodation with well-stocked utensils and crockery. The room also has a microwave, kettle, hob, fridge/freezer etc and other nice additions such as umbrellas and cards with the accommodation address in Japanese in case you are out and get into any transport bother! The communication from the accommodation was perfect with VERY clear instructions on check-in and leaving, and frequent messages checking everything was okay with the room. It is a 5 minute walk to Higashi-Shinjuku metro station which has great connections to the city, and a 7-eleven next to it which is ideal for drinks and food on the go. It was in a small residential area which made it quiet and peaceful but you are directly next to the hubbub and craziness of Tokyo which is perfect! The room felt very secure and there was an instruction book inside which had clear instructions about air conditioning, local guides etc which was particularly helpful. A truly wonderful stay and I don’t know what more anyone would want from a Tokyo accommodation! Highly recommend, and they even said they would sort the bins for us which is often a struggle when on holiday. Thank you.
