Not sure why this hotel has a low rating but our stay was so comfortable. The staff was super kind and provided whatever we asked including an extra heater. The room and the bathroom were spacious and comfy. For a low price, this is a great deal considering its in central London.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I have contacted a lawyer because they refused to honor their own cancellation policy, were disrespectful to me, and are crooks. I am not a fussy person, it was fine that most things did not work in the room (it was cheap), but I ended up filing an official complaint. I tried to cancel the room two days in advance (as per their policy), but they started blocking my call so I sent an email. Upon arrival they did not know if the room had been canceled or not, nor did they know if they had charged me. I went to dinner while they sorted this out. When I came back it was too late to get another hotel room so I was forced to stay there. During this time, the staff (not knowing I understand Urdu) was speaking about my issue in less than respectful ways. The AC was broken. The next day when I tried to leave and get a refund, they refused to issue the refund, despite my showing them a screen shot of my call log and emails sent in order to cancel the room. It was impossible to speak to a manager (even through the hotel staff was talking to them on the phone). Another guest had mice in their room... I spent HOURS in the lobby fighting with these crooks, if you care about your blood pressure, STAY AWAY.

Absolutely terrible experience. I doubt adhering to hygiene standards. The mold is everywhere the same with stains, dirt, bodily hair etc, plus the window is not possible open and theAC/heating is smelly when on. I don’t recommend this place even if you have a budget.

I wish I could give no star at all 🤣🤣🤣 The service was 10/10…staffs were nice The rooms are decent and expensive for the kind of service we got The room I booked had an issue with the water, they changed the room, it was smelling so bad and the bed was bad. A very deep hole at one side of the bed. I just wanted to have a good night rest after a very stressful day. We couldn’t sleep it felt like the hotel was going to collapse It’s under construction the noise interrupted our sleep very wrong timing I honestly deserve a refund

Here's an honest review. I payed under £200 to stay for 3 nights in Kensington. I stayed in an apartment and had no problem with the service staff. The room itself (and building) was not the best HOWEVER the sheets were very clean, there were no bugs, no interruptions in the night - bar the occasional drunk person walking past the window, the heating and toilet/shower/sink worked. All in all it was good value. If you don't deal well with a little grime and you want super service then pay extra to go somewhere else. If you are spending the days not in the apartment and just need a cheap bed for the night, this place is ideal.
