Fantastic hotel, really, the building is just so pretty, the rooms are very confortable and clean + amazing bed. It is very close to everything you want to visit, many restaurants around, the hotel itself has a great roof top with amazing view and great food + the restaurant downstairs is also very nice. The best thing is the staff, so sweet and kind, thanks to Valeria for her welcome and offer to help for bookings of tours or visits or restaurants. And a great thanks to Murat who made my stay better with helping me getting my luggage back from airline company. Not only did he solve this issue but he did it very nicely and called them for me not to worry too much about it. Thank you so much again! Only thing to improve if I may: to have a larger offer on the menu regarding breakfast (more continental one as a choice). Thanks again Cronton Design Hotel, really a place to stay!

I travel a lot but rarely give reviews for hotels, but really want to express I appreciate Cronton Design hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel with a nice location that’s convenient for travelers to go literally everywhere. Everything is nice but what makes it outstanding is the people there. Valeria is so welcoming and tries her best to help and make us feel home. We feel we are special and being cared for. Also want to give a big shout out to Mazlum and the lady working at the restaurant in the morning. They were there helping us when we had breakfast. They are so genuine and kind that just lightened up our days. These wonderful people that we encountered at Cronton hotel were the highlight of our visit to Istanbul. We will for sure to come back to this hotel and hope to see them again. Highly recommended!

From the moment I stepped into the grandeur of this historic building, I was transported to another era. Cronton Design Hotel in Istanbul is not just a stay, it's an experience. Their genuine hospitality, local insights, and readiness to assist elevated my entire stay. Top line: Not a true 5* property, good design, decent location. Did not come close to meeting expectations. Cons: The window in our room wouldn’t shut all the way and was cracked significantly. Very poor noise insulation, we could hear everything inside and outside the hotel. The hot water temperature was not stable and would fluctuate significantly. We also don’t believe we received the room we actually reserved. The breakfast cafe downstairs was a joke, poorly run. Pros: Design, smaller boutique feeling, rooftop restaurant was great with a good view. We would not return or recommend.

The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional, they helped us get to the hotel as our taxi wasn’t allowed in the historic area at the time of our arrival and helped us charge our phones. They upgraded our room for free because there was an availability. The location was great because it was near the Egyptian Bazar and walking distance to Hagia Sophia. Will definitely be coming back.
