Overall a pretty good choice for Beijing. The rooms are modern and large, and some rooms even have a bathroom and bathtub overlooking Beijing. The bistro style restaurant in the lobby had a good selection and friendly English speaking staff. The reception staff were eager to help as well The surrounding area is quite interesting and likewise has a number of eating options. One downside, one of our two rooms seemed to have a bit of dust which suggests it was empty for a while, and the Aircon didn't work.

We stayed here in September 2019. This was a beautiful hotel with a great lobby. They have a restaurant attached to the hotel lobby with great food! We ate here for breakfast everyday, great price and great food. They had delicious coffee! The rooms were comfortable, and although it isn't within walking distance of downtown Beijing, we had no issues getting DiDis to pick us up.

Very good hotel. Rooms are very good and consistent with Crown Plaza global standards. Having multible built in USB charger was a plus for all our electronic devices. Good selection for buffet breakfast however the buffet lunch was limited in choices. You have other restaurant choices within the hotel however we were in a group and that was the fastest. Special comment on the excellent laundry team. One of my shirt buttom cracked and i had planned initially to have it fix when i got home. To my surprise they fixed it for me! Highly recommended!
