Family of 3 just checked in 2 days ago. Instead of getting triple sharing room, we got a standard queen size bed in a small room. I asked if they made a mistake. Hotel manager and staff kept insisting it is triple sharing room. They still squeezed a single bed inside, placing it at the foot of the queen size bed. There is no space to walk after that. My tour guide had to tell the hotel manager off, and got us a replacement bigger room (which was for handicapped users) instead. Very poor service. Some common sense needed by IHG hotel staffs. If u cannot put 3 beds side by side, it is not a triple sharing room.

This is my second time here. A good hotel in Cappadocia. The hotel is connected to the local mall which made it convenient. As an IHG Ambassador member, I get a room upgrade. The bed is comfortable and the room has good amenities. Good breakfast selection to choose from.

A business hotel conveniently located with a shopping mall and conveniently located near many local eating places. There is a starbuck within its premises. However, it is purely a business hotel as the room is the smallest among most of the hotels we have stayed in Turkiye. The size is sufficient for 1 person. Two pax is tight and hardly had room to put 2 luggages for a couple. However, it has all the amenities and facilities of a typical business hotel. Except for hotel manager, most of the staff could not speak much english. Good to have google translate with you when you approach the hotel staff.
