The rooms were OK, The staffs were very friendly but the hotel's poor location is a big problem. Nothing fun to do around, the nearest shop is maybe 200m away on the opposite road. The only thing near the hotel is a gas station and not to mention, the food at the hotel's restaurant was not too great.

Just off dual carriageway. Leaking shower. Only one glass in bathroom. Only w hangers and hardly any drawer space. Tiny TV. No lift! Would I choose to return - No!

The hotel is very bad, I have no idea why they call it “4-star”. We were here in January, and it’s incredibly cold in rooms. There is no sound isolation, you hear everything what people are doing in the next room, including dialogues, coughing and going to the toilet. The TV set is smaller than the display of my laptop. If the hotel can’t buy a normal TV, it would be more merciful to keep the room without TV at all. Lunch was also disappointing - the food options were poor. During the lunch waiters don’t know what the personal space is and walking all the time very close to the tables, looking for dirty plates. It was very obscure, I felt myself in prison with waiters as wardens. Long story short, this hotel is OK for business trips, but not for holidays.

It's just okay to stay. Comfy enough to put you into sleep and out the next day. It should call budget hotel, with a lack of hospitality services. The restaurant is cramped during dinner, the waitress just like a prison warden who would grab your plates as soon as they see you scoop the last food on your plates. Feels like they're really want you out from a restaurant as soon as possible. It's really irritating and so unnecessary, especially when they keep walking around your table with their arms crossing their bodies. Don't they realise people are trying to eat in peace?

This hotel is definitely not a 4 star and does not live to up to standards. Firstly the hotel beds are so uncomfortable, after a long day you would want a good rest, beds provided was as hard as a rock, 2 single beds put together to make a double.. who even does that? If you can't accommodate say so! Don't be greedy and offer terrible service just to make money! The bathroom is ok but drainage is an issue. The water doesn't go down with ease and it leaked alot. The walls of this hotel is terrible. A solid wall yet you can hear the next person snore, speak or move furniture around, you can even hear the people at the pool area. Kids screaming and making noise. The food was ok but what in the world! Felt like I was in school cafeteria where people dish my food out and when you ask for more they say no more. Why offer dinner and a buffet if I can't take how much I want when I want? Lastly when eating the waiters are like ready to take your plate expecting us to leave, why have dinner at 7pm and expect us to be out by 8pm? Surely alot of us like to converse with family members of friends at that moment! Also if we paid to be in this hotel I don't expect the other guest to tell us we too loud and we should keep quite! If guest wanted quite and peace they must eat in their rooms and not offend the other guest. For myself, the experience is not the greatest. Really do not advise people to come here. There are much better places to stay at with a reasonable price.
