Super meh. I have stayed here several times and been underwhelmed time and time again. The rooms have been nicely updated and are clean, the staff is nice and accommodating so it can be a great value if you're just looking for a place to crash. The north-central location is convenient even if the hotel is a winding 5-minute drive off the exit and through a business park. Road noise - definitely more than some people could ignore if you're on the highway side. The pool - old but functional** however it was open but barely heated, legitimately 55-60 degrees so I treated it as a cold plunge. When properly heated it is a very cool and fun indoor outdoor swim through pool. If you're planning on swimming I would call ahead to make sure the pool is open and a good temperature for swimming. The fitness center is small but well appointed with a nice concept 2 rower if that's your thing. Overall a clean hotel with nice staff that is a shadow of its former self which always leaves me wanting more.

The room I got was a bit old but clean. Good water pressure and temp, great bed. Could use newer pillows, but comfortable anyway. My main issue with this hotel is how large it is. How far away my room was from the entrance and the location map in the lobby didn't help me know how far.the walk would be. Servixe was great. Friendly staff. It very likely I will stay here again.

The hotel as a whole is outdated. They have made some cosmetic improvements but it is superficial. It was once a very nice hotel that could use re-vamped. The lobby smelled like sewage when we checked in. Maybe that was a brief issue. Everything else was fine. The pool is pretty neat, kids would love it. We went to an event in the ballroom about 2-3 years ago and that was nice. It probably held 300 people. There is parking in the rear of the building so you can access the ballroom easily. Conveniently located just off of I71, south of I270, on the north side of Columbus.

Possibly a fluke but as soon as we entered the room we noticed that our sink did not work correctly and did not drain. Instead of immediately offering another room, they attempted to remedy problem by first sending a repair crew and then they assigned the room next door that shared the same drain pipe! Next we were assigned a room where the door lock acts peculiar. It flashes red and green when you put the card in. Price was right but definitely not a nice experience. Also there is no hot tub just an indoor pool.
