Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Columbus North

The hotel is very much rundown and disgusting. No wonder why it’s empty parking lot at first I thought the parking lot was empty because of the time I checked in but throughout the day I noticed that it’s really just empty and here is probably why so I booked this hotel to hope to be able to cook for Thanksgiving check in. They said there’s no more dishes that they will find some later. Still haven’t heard from them so I check into my room. I check it out and I noticed that there is dry blood stains on one of the beds so I asked to be moved room as I moved rooms I noticed there’s more blood splatter on the wall , and I’m very itchy so I asked if I can cancel my stay and they told me no way to management so as I’m waiting for management. I am sleeping in my car because I do not feel comfortable in the hotel room . The microwave is very disgusting and doesn’t have a plate to use . When asked for a refund, Tasha was not helpful Everything she said is, I can’t I can’t I can’t, but it was very easy to take my money to check me in while I’m sitting in the lobby to discuss the issues with this hotel, the phone is repeatedly ringing from old customers that decided to leave and asked for the refund they’re giving them the runner as well. If I was you, I would skip this hotel do not stay here. You will be very disappointed unless you like itching. I never had such poorly customer service that don’t accumulate the customers although they had changed me rooms but it was no better. They really need to shut this hotel down The location is trash, not a beautiful site to see whatsoever . I wish my phone has saved the photos I had took of the room that I use for another review site because I’m definitely letting you guys know about this hotel but unfortunately my Photos did not save into my phone . While I’m waiting in the lobby to speak to somebody about the issue I’m on the phone with a family members explaining to them why I wanted to leave this hotel so the family that’s sitting in front of me trying to check in is listening and went to go check out a room was like we change our mind Lucky them they didn’t give them no money if I had the option I had took the other way too

Staff sucks the morning worker Wednesday- Sunday her name is Raven is always sleeping,on the company phone Tasha is lazy. Never watched the cameras Wyndham needs just pull their name from the owner or get rid of the owner altogether and putting new people here to run the hotel
