Twice we have stayed at this hotel and twice we have had issues with them not refunding our deposit. First time took over a month and waiting to see how long this one will take. The night club next door makes for poor sleeping. There isn't any staff available on Sunday if you run out of toilet paper. I wouldn't recommend this place for the said reasons.

Been staying here for almost 3 months now. It's better than some of the places I have stayed. Just wish the elevator would stay working since I'm disabled and can't walk up and down the stairs so I'm stuck in the room til it's fixed

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel we have stayed at. The staff their is NOT accommodating to those of us that have walking disabilities. When our reservation was made, we told them I had to have a ground floor room because I use a mobility device, and needed 2 beds. At check-in the agent said our room was on the third floor and there isn't an elevator. They also refused to return our room deposit. DO NOT make reservations here if you value how you are treated.

This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in. Floors were dirty, sinks were sticky and dirty, toilet wasn't flushed when we got in there. The young man who was there when we first got there was very nice and helpful. Then a new manager came in and she wasn't very nice, she was snobby and no compassion at all. I had told her that I was supposed to go get help for my family to be able to stay for another week. I told her that on October 9th she pretended to care. Our last day was the 10th of October. She came beating on our door saying we had to leave. She gave us 30 minutes to get out. She put my family out in the cold. We had to sleep in our car. I wasn't very happy with the way we were treated. Then I get told that I couldn't get my Senior Discount. Just not a nice woman at all. Like she was above everyone else, unless you had money. A better than thou attitude. I have cried all day since we got put out. Cigarette butts and trash everywhere. Found roaches in our room and cigarette butts in our room. I'm very hurt over this..
