Lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza! We were meant to be at a concert that sadly was postponed but we made the most of it and the Crowne Plaza did not disappoint. It’s in a good location to get to lots of tourist places, restaurants and entertainment. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. The rooms had fab views of the city! We had a meal voucher and the food was brilliant. We had gluten and nut free options and they were excellent. The kitchen was great with meeting our dietary needs. We also had a 20% discount on any goods and drinks which was fab. This was because we booked a room with this discount. The buffet breakfast was top notch and there was plenty of fresh hot food readily available. The coffee machine wasn’t the best and needed cleaned but that wasn’t a big issue. Staff were very attentive and helpful. You are able to use the pool after check out and it was lovely too. There is also a small gym but we didn’t use that. All in all, a great stay and we’d defo go back if our concert is on again! Thanks Crowne Plaza Glasgow ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend away to get Christmas shopping done and spend quality time together. Our 2nd time staying at The Crowne Plaza, and it did not disappoint! With beautiful views from our room and a 30-minute stroll into town, it is a perfect location to stay. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel was clean. We will definitely be staying here again! If you don't fancy walking into town, they have a phone at the front desk to use to call for a taxi, pricing for a taxi into town was under £10. Highly recommend this hotel.

A fantastic hotel with great rooms, pool and sauna, a dedicated massage center and Munich Red beer on tap at the bar. I had an absolutely lovely experience here and the staff were amazing. Absolutely recommended even for short stays.

Very good location, nice view from the 16th floor, however window too small, with bigger windows would be much better. AC noisy, so we switched off, because you cannot sleep. Mohammed and Maria both provided very high customer service and they made out stay very pleasant. Breakfast a bit expensive to what we found in the buffet. Generally I would recommend, because we had a nice stay.
