Good, could be better. A soft chair in the room would be nice - only seating was two bar chairs. Wifi poor - not great when you’re here for work. My phone couldn’t pick it up at all.TV mounted on a wall not facing bed and with only the uncomfortable bar chairs to watch it from. However he’s was huge and comfy, the kitchen very useful and it was great value.

Lovely clean apartment. More coffee capsules would have been appreciated. Also softer pillows. But enjoyed our stay - we would definitely book again. Staff were very helpful

This is the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The team there were so helpful and friendly and someone was always around if I needed assistance. The studio room was very generous in space which was a great surprise. Highly recommend:)

This is a new and well designed property with great staff, especially Jamie, who, in the absence of written instructions, helped us work out how to operate the air conditioning, and window. Apparently written instructions are still in the pipe line. Our standard room had a wonderful super king bed. The pillows were too firm but softer ones were provided on request.. The room had a kitchenette with dishwasher,and a good bathroom with huge shower. There was also a wardrobe and lots of other storage which was really useful. Highly recommend Kelvin Grove Art Museum.

The hotel is very close to Glasgow Central Station and in the heart of the city so it is easy to go shopping or out for a meal. The hotel was quite and newly renovated. The staff were welcoming and I like the fact that there were games and seating in reception. The room was clean and tidy and nice hand and body washes were available. The kitchen was well equipped with a Microwave, fridge (freezer?), and a hob. There was a Nespresso coffee machine, and you were given a voucher for two free pods. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The only minor quibbles really were the lack of a comfy chair! They room had an office-style chair and a breakfast counter with two stools, but no armchair. Also the room was quite dark even though it had a window, but the lighting was very subtle, in particular if you were trying to work.
