Want excellent customer service….look no further! First time here and won’t be my last! From check in (Amazing lady Hiba) to the pool guys, to the porters and waiting staff, nothing was too much trouble. Cannot fault or praise this hotel enough.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is top notch! It is not the most quiet hotel by any means, but it is peaceful and the lobby is beautiful! I enjoy the pool and variety of restaurants. Susmita and Thomas and all of the other staff at the breakfast buffet are attentive, friendly and service is excellent! Thank you! 🙏🏽

I have never felt such a beautiful hospitality services ever. I am so delighted and thankful for the staff of this hotel. I want to thank specially to the guy name Subash from House keeping department who is very supportive towards my stay over there. I was attending meeting and had stayed for 5days but i stayed more than a week and had relaxed vacation and had very good and lovely environment. I would like to suggest everyone whenever visiting this place once give them opportunity to provide you services i am sure you guys wont regret of it.

I had a an amazing stay. Great service by the staff. And especially I would like to appreciate the housekeeping staffs for how quick they were to help us out any point of time. And I personally want to appreciate ‘Parthipan’ the housekeeping staff for providing me with everything with a beautiful smile at all times and going extra mile for their customer comfort stay. :)
