Very nice hotel. Nearby to the airport. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The breakfast buffet is good, would suggest if they can add more vegetarian options. Room service guy Sanjay was polite & gentle, I wish him good luck.

I stayed here for about 2 weeks. The location of the hotel is near to the airport so the transportation facility is easily available. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. The food tastes great with a variety of cuisines. The hotel staff and house keeping staff are also very hospitable. I would like to thank Mr. Sardar Singh for the good housekeeping service.

Unfortunately, my experience this time was not good. It is not the first, but it may be the last. Some of the employees at the reception reflect a bad image of the hotel. They did not have professionalism. Here I am talking about the employee, Sarah. She deals in an uncivilized and unfair manner with customers. Here we hope that the hotel management reflects her image in a way Better with reception staff

I often to review wherever I went or stayed but this time travel for work in Kuwait and stay here I felt closed to home. It’s surprised this Holiday inn like those 5 stars resorts which I had been on vacation. It’s beautiful , welcoming and luxury feeling soon you walking the hotel. I like best that all staff are nice and friendly, my room always clean (👍🏻). Food in Sakura japneses and steak house are delicious. I’m sure there is one place everyone will stop by every day it s morning buffet 😍 food, set up , decor, service are best…..5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ resort Thanks to Thomas, he is great, very welcoming person, he takes care and serve all guests very professional 👍🏻. Absolutely stay here for next trip. Thanks all .
