The best night in the past weeks!!! The room was clean, the dark lighting on arrival made me feel relaxed, the bedsheets so pleasant to touch, all the pillows and the fresh air in the room made my stay memorable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, room well decorated and the service team proactive. Location is perfect for me as it’s near the LIN airport and easy to get to the city. So, thank you for the cleanliness, care and energy invested in our comfort!!

Enjoyed our stay here. Easy access to public transportation. Rooms were clean and staff members were nice. After a long day in Milan, the king size bed was comfortable. The lounge/bar was not very big but suitable for a night cap. Robe and slippers provided

IHG needs to train better employee! On one night at roughly 1 am, there was heavy smell of smoke in our room (I stayed in non-smoking room, non-smoking floor). I went to the front desk immediately and told him the situation. He refused my request to change the room, told me he couldn't change the room since it was too late, and said "You should tell us earlier" in a very bad attitude. How ridiculous it is!!! How could I know in advance someone will be smoking at that time? I understand that the front desk couldn't control if there was someone smoking in the room, but the way he told me and how he dealt with the problem really annoyed me. When I checked out, the corridor was very cold since the cleaning service team opened all the fire-proof doors . Obviously, there was someone smoking in the non-smoking room again, and they were trying to clean the smell. Non-smoking room is a joke in this hotel.

Milan 2.0 Nice Location. The subway is just 5 steps away from the hotel and milano centrale also. Staff is friendly and nice. Rooms are good size for a family and the bathroom was my fave part, it is huge, modern and wonderful. The breakfast has a wide variety of yummy food and pastries. Clean and neat rooms, and common areas. I'll definetely stay here when in Milan.
