The rooms are small but clean. No mini fridge, safe or microwave in the room. The hot tub was not working. The rooms do not really have individual climate control. Our room was so hot. We visited in winter, and they were running heat, so we couldn't use the A.C. in our room, so they brought us a fan to put in the window. The staff was great and the breakfast buffet was good. It is an older building, which is the reason for some of these things. The lobby area is beautiful. Bring a cooler bag for ice if you want any type of beverage in your room. The hotel is conveniently located and attached to a food court and casino, gift shop, and Hershey's store. We received passes for the WEGO bus transit system, and that was very helpful in getting around the city. There's a bus stop right near the casino. Overall, would I stay again? Not unless they lower their prices. It's too small and outdated to charge as much as they do.

While the location and service are generally good. The room is very dated, particularly the bathroom. It feels like the bathroom from an old motel. There was some clear turned yellow caulking holding a glass shelf on a black cheap metal bracket. The toilet flush is a handle behind the seat and metal is wet after you take a shower. The beds are uncomfortable and gave me back pain the next morning. There is also a lack of ventilation in the room.

I stayed in September and I loved my room on the 11th floor and the view of the falls was beautiful. Room was clean and spacious. Aron who checked me in was very friendly and nice. Also Natalie helped me make the reservation and gave me best rate and an upgrade to the suite. I had called today to make new reservation as I am planning to bring my family at your hotel and was able to speak to Natalie again. She helped me again very patiently. Very sweet person. Looking forward to my stay.

Location is good. Everything else about the hotel is bad. Very old building and hotel in dire need of a refresh. Rooms are tiny. Moose level from non falls view is horrible you are facing. Parking garage structure with car alarms going off all night. AC system out of wack controls k. Too Do k no it work it’s so hot k. The rooms they offer you a fan as solution. Skip this place
