This was our first time at this hotel. Although the room was aesthetically pleasing to begin with, there was no shower gel, no shampoo, and no conditioner in the pumps. We spent almost $300 for one night (not even 24 hours). Sometimes the cheaper hotels have better services such as free wifi, breakfast included and available toiletries. Also, when it’s busy the elevators take a long time. We waited 15 minutes for the elevator. Next time will probably go to a neighbouring hotel and do better research.

We stay at this hotel once a year, rooms are clean and spacious. Everything worked as expected, the beds are always comfortable and the view is great! We always go to the casino which is located just below and easy to get to through a glass walkway (you don't have to go out into the elements) Do not park at the hotel as its ridiculously priced $50 and $80/day on the weekends. Instead, park at the Casino parking, get a players card, play $20 and get free parking! The Corso Italia restaurant is absolutely amazing as is the breakfast in the hotels restaurant. The front desk staff is always pleasant to deal with, we had an issue in our room where it was too hot and as it was winter, all the rooms are on a central heat which you cannot control individually, when we brought this up, we were offered another room with individual temperature controls. However we opted against that as it would be too much to move to a different floor in a different tower, so once we got back up to our floor there was a fan already waiting at the door! Great customer service and always a fun stay!

I was transferred over from another hotel & my stay was perfect ! I was attending a show at the OLG stage so being at the Hilton was VERY convenient. Not having to go outside in the cold for dinner or parking was perfect ! I took advantage of the new pool & hot tub - definitely relaxing . All staff were very nice & accommodating. I highly recommend an overnight . My room was clean , comfy bed & plenty of towels / soap . The transfer worked out to my benefit

Excellent experience! I recently stayed at Hotel and had a wonderful time. The accommodation was top-notch, with spacious and clean rooms that exceeded my expectations. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and well-equipped gym, which added to the overall experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. I felt safe and secure in the area, and there were plenty of great dining options within walking distance. The value for money was fantastic, considering the high-quality service and amenities provided. I highly recommend Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thumbs up

Room: 1/10 We saw a used napkin on the floor right beside our bed when we checked in. After I reported to the housekeeper who was working on the same floor, he looked like he doesn’t understand what I was talking about even I repeated a few times. But at the end, he still didn’t take action with it. Some baseboards were demolished, so the maintenance is not well done by the hotel management. The thermostat cannot be adjusted in the room, it was so hot during late night. And the room humidity is low, we felt dry all the time when we stayed in the room. The bath tub was not clean with dust on it. Water is not free…be careful with it. Service: 1/10 One point is for the receptionist, she was nice and helpful. But the housekeepers were horrible, please refer to the room above. Also, we were asked to check-out at 10:20am even the check-out time should be 11:00am. The housekeeper kept knocking the door like an alarm even I said someone in the room. Once we opened the door, he just asked us to check-out and peaked inside, which made me feel uncomfortable because this was impolite. (What if I am changing…) Location: Not bad, we can see the view of the falls even there’s a casino building in front of us. It blocked some of the views. But the parking is sooooo bad. We were asked to do off-site parking which is $35 a day, and 600 miles away from the hotel. Even they have shuttle bus but it still takes times to wait to be transited. It didn’t worth $35 at all, the overnight parking lot right beside the hotel is $25. It’s ROBBERY.
