I'm a frequent stayer at IHG Group hotels staying around 100 nights per year. This hotel was a nice little find on my most recent trip to China for CIIE and another trade fair for a stay that lasted ten days. Conveniently located for the Shanghai Metro. Rooms, whilst a little dated are comfortable and very clean, housekeeping excellent. Bedding and pillows are very nice. Breakfast buffet very good and service attentive. Club Lounge evening offering very good including food and drinks. All in all a lovely stay. Thank you team.

Feels like a Holiday Inn type of vibe, standard buffet breakfast, rooms are clean and staff are friendly enough. To get into town then metro is easy to get.

Terrible service. They don’t really know what they are doing, not professional at all. Facility is old, and the manager is very arrogant. I do not want to stay here next time. Good luck!

Very convenient location, Starbucks just next door and walking distance to Subway station (Line 13) within 3minutes. But still took me 2 hours to take the subway from Pudong airport to the hotel due to some transfers from line 2 to line 13. If you are not in a hurry and enjoy to experience some local commute, the cost-performance of hotel is very high. The closest international airport is HongQiao, which is much more closer but not much flight options for international airliners. The gym is well equipped, but the heaviest dump bell is only up to 50LBS, however if you need more weight there are several other cable machines. There are tons of restaurants and at least 3 big shopping mall nearby. The room is clean and comfortable, lighting is cozy yet sufficient, but the receptions of TV were poor for some foreign channels. If you need to book a taxi at the concierge, make sure you double confirm the night before, because I was surprised that they seemed to forget about my taxi booking request. Glad I did double check since I had an early flight the next day, no room for mistakes. Overall I still give it a five star because I was upgraded to the executive floor.
