Location of this hotel is fine, close to broad beach but away from surfers, easily accessible by tram. The service I have to say is disappointing, called operator at 9:30pm tonight 3 times no pick up, had to send my son down to pick up a bath plug and tooth brush which was NEVER delivered. Initial entrance to the room the fridge was leaking with a towel catching the water, the room has a tired appearance with stains per photos and also shower door is leaking water into the outside despite closed tight. It needs a good look at cleanliness too, edges were full of dust. Just the stars on this hotel ranking does not match the service quality, called operator, call house keeping few times.. still no pick up. Gave up. The gym stinks with no air flow . I don't think I will book here again. Since many hotel options in surfers. Money not worth it.

Enjoyed our stay here over New Years. Pool area was nice, buffet breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Rooms were good, could do with a spruce up. Location was handy, with tram access straight out the front and easy to get to pac fair or surfers. Would stay here again.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in! The view on our room was breathtaking day and night! Absolutely love it! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet breakfast! Thank you for including fried rice it was delicious. I just wish the pool was heated or at least a little as it was always freezing. I will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend to families and friends.

First time staying here. Rooms are not bad for the price, however, my room's toilet had the water leaking from the toilet all over the bathroom. Trying to reach the concierge can not be harder from your room. Called them back to back for 45 mins without anyone answering. Answered after an hour. Same when you try to call their restaurants, no one answers. Room service food is exceptional and the location of the hotel is pretty good too. The gym has like 4 machines - nothing special. Pool is okay. Overall, not a great experience but considering the price, it's acceptable.
