Beautiful little b&b, the house is only a 10min walk into town and all the amenities you could want. It also has quick access to the Loch Ness road to drive to the loch for a look see. The room itself was amazing, comfy pillows and bed, nice private washroom and it was quiet. The hot breakfast was soooo good as well, I couldn't finish! Joan was a great host, id highly recommend this place.

If you are staying in Inverness this should be the place you try to book first. Good size room, large en-suite, clean and well appointed. Very good value indeed.
