The photos don’t do justice at all of this beautiful hotel that has mot only done a great job on keeping the medieval feel but also provide you the comfort you are looking for. The clean and fresh smell as you walk in gives you the peace of mind that you are in a good place. Also the room was nice, clean and great touches such as tea and water which is what you really want after a full day of train travels. The breakfast buffet has a great variety. Even an orange and vegetable presser to make your own fresh juice. The young man ( in his 20’s) that prepared the breakfast buffet area was extremely helpful for us to not miss the 7:37am bus ride. Since it was raining we couldn’t walk as we had planned. He did not gave up until he arranged a taxi to pick us up and we made it on time. That meant a lot to us. We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for giving a great service.

We booked a trip on the Bernina Express and couldn't have found a better place to stay. Staff was helpful, breakfast amazing, the room was lovely and all our questions were answered. We definitely recommend a stay here.
