Good, clean, cheap and comfortable accommodation option in PP. The staff are warm and helpful. They also offer some amazing tours at a reasonable price.

Nice little hotel, room was nice and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Not too big of a fan of the resident cats who would pester you and actually jump on the restaurant table in an attempt to steal your food. The WiFi is restricted to the lobby, but worked very well compared to the rest of the Philippines. We were annoyed to find that the alleged free airport shuttle was only free had we arranged it prior to our arrival?? And we had to pay 100 pesos for a tricycle there instead.

In terms of cleanliness, I might say it is good for us. But in terms of consistency about the service, we were quite disappointed.It has mini resto inside the Inn but all of their meals were overpriced. HOT WATER is the only thing that are FREE. The staffs are accomodating and helpful but they still need a proper training for customer service and all about hospitality Mgt. Their location is quite far from the City Proper and there were times that has no electricity. Lastly, this is not the right time to book at Lucky Garden due to under construction roads.
