This skyscraper hotel (38 levels) has many budget rooms, our room were worn, and building material quality is very poor. The breakfast was not really good. Free parking. No way this hotel is a 5-star hotel, I would give it max 3 stars. Nearby beach smells bad (avoid), but the hotel has 2 pools (recommended). Hotel was built only 10-11 years ago but feels like 20-25.

This was my second stay in the hotel. I stayed sixteen nights. There is a big difference between deluxe and superior room. Still mostly all rooms are sea facing and fantastic views.Superior room needs renovation but deluxe rooms are beautiful. Rooms balconies are big attraction to stay in this hotel. Very limited choices for vegetarians in the breakfast. Definitely i will come again.

First I wanted to make 4 star for this hotel, but change my mind after one situation. This hotel is not for relax, because here is always some conferences, a lot of different people. Some of the guests don’t respect others guests and listen music and sing very loud all night and morning. People can’t sleep. The insulation in the rooms is very poor. Near the pool too little sun beds. Rooms are very old, cleaning is bad, change just towels and sometimes bed linen. The territory is very good and that’s all

Great hotel with great staffs and view. I visited this hotel with my parents , I booked for 2 superior sea view room . But they upgraded me to the Deluxe sea view room for no charge & most importantly, it was an interconnected room . I really enjoyed staying here . Beach was right in front ( Maybe it was the backside of the hotel ) of the hotel. It wasn't crowded during day or night. If I come to Pattaya again, I will definitely book this hotel again. I think only major drawback this hotel has is , it far from main town.
