A few minutes from the beach, on the main road (so can be a bit noisy). Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms a filthy. WiFi good.

For the low price you will struggle to find any better. Staff were friendly. Room was comfortable. Sheets had some light stains but were clean. Was not able to get any hot water in the shower, so had to have a luke warm/cold shower. Certainly would reccomend to anyone looking for a budget room that still offers a good quality. The location is the real stand out. Next door is Frankies which serves amazing italian food, and on the other side you have the Happy Smile cafe for great morning coffee and some great buds. 5 mins from the beach. A truly great location.

Stayed here for a week really good only downside they don’t have a lift for the suitcase but all good nice and clean

I stayed here for 1 week and it is so nice. I am working remote while I am visiting my son. I work night shift and it is very quiet and I am able to sleep during the day. The rooms are super clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful at all times. The security guard does an amazing job. There are never any issues on these grounds. It is a great area of town. No one hanging out on the street. I would recommend this charming hotel to anyone.
