Nightmare! Fraud! Be aware of this Hotel! The worst experience ever in history when we arrived late night to find out the hotel gave us a total different room, dark, terrible lighting, much smaller, probably half the size, with one extra single camp bed instead of the twin room we booked and confirmed with hotel via e-mail specifically days before checking-in. The hotel insisted that the staff from morning shift made a mistake and they can do nothing about it. They even refuse to refund the price difference. It’s a total fraud! Just went through other reviews, it seems that this hotel keeps doing the same scheme to the travelers! Be aware!

There was no information when we got there about where to go for breakfast. We were just handed a key card, a piece of paper with WiFi details, and an excursion brochure, asked to sign and sent off to our room. Staff struggled to understand what I was asking, although this is my own fault for not speaking the local language. I had requested a twin room and even phoned prior to arriving to confirm this was for a 13-year-old boy who sleeps like a starfish and was told it was available as a twin. Arrived at the hotel, and it was a double room with a put me up bed that was as hard a granite, so I had to sleep with the starfish. Paid the extra to get a 'signature' room with a balcony. The balcony could only just fit the two of us standing out there due to the ac unit. The hotel is directly opposite a bar/restaurant that has music thumping out till 2am (NB. this was on a Tuesday, not a weekend, so it could be later). All in all, this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our tour of Vietnam, and the most disappointing. I will not be returning 😔

Except the location everything was a nightmare. The hotel knows no service. Have no idea how to treat guest. They would say the breakfast is till 9:30 but you wouldn’t even find any coffee or bread if you come at 9 forget about other stuff, Even after asking for stuff to get refilled they say that everything is finished. The reception people would only be nice while handing out the pamphlet for their tied up tour operator.
