The hotel rooms are good (Smaller size compared to Middle East hotels) and the staffs are very kind and supportive. The location is vey good for me because our HQ office is near and the railway station (Osaki) is directly connected from the hotel 2F.. Overall well recommended..

Very bad and "not helpful at all" service. Not letting us know in advance but during the check in they told us we can stay in the room for 5 hours the next day due to a power cut. They didn't care to send messages in advance, not to mention to apologize or compensate. We are traveling with small kids who really need that 5 hours of our right to rest and prepare. But they just don't care. In the room, they give us 2 pillows only for a "4 people's reservation". By the way, it seems to be a popular place for couples to "rest", during my check in, there are 3 groups already trying to "rest". No judging but do feel cautious about the cleaning

Not the most ideal location is the only flaw. Not many things but Osaki stn is close JY ride to most places. Nice staff. Easy checkin. Clean and functional room. Even smallest single room will fit 2, but book for 2. I am solo and booked for one, that means 1 towel, one PJ, one pair of slippers. 😉 Brkfst is in the Italian restaurant next door. There is a gym with pool on 2nd floor. Note from Osaki stn dont follow google maps (take west exit and walk on the street). Take south exit up on 2nd floor, there is a sky deck connects directly to hotel.
