Good location and clean room. I accidentally booked a smoking room so my room had a heavy smoke scent but was able to freshen it by opening the window. Highly would recommend being careful when booking.

Some general thoughts and notes: - They're about a 10min walk from Oimachi Station, and easy enough to find. - If you stay multiple nights and opt for reduced cleaning, they'll give you a voucher coin for the vending machines. Or Ponta points, if you care about that. - My room was clean and reasonably comfortable. There was no view of note from it but I don't generally care about that. - Breakfast is from 7-9. They rotate menus. As with many "continental" breakfasts, it's a lot of side menu items/appetizers without much of anything to really anchor it around. But it was all fine. - Free WiFi is easy to use and stable. No sign-in or registration needed, they give you the SSID and password with your room key. - Room was stocked with soaps and standard disposable toiletries (sans toothpaste).

Excellent hotel! Very clean, employees are very friendly and accommodating. Morning breakfast is really tasty! Rooms are a comfortable size. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from the train station as well as many amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!

Close to Oimachi Station. 7 Minutes walk. Lawson 24 hrs 7 d near, friendly, English sufficient to clarify usual things for check-in & out. Rooms small as usual and spotless. Air con can be adjusted to 21 Deg C (bring the remote to reception as all Japanese ) Japanese + basic European breakfast (the is a bun/croissant baking oven a bit hidden from main buffet) . Free Wlan fast enough. Good value for money!
