The bathroom was a disaster with water leaks all over the floor and cold water. În the room there was dirty floor, blanket and courtains and no heat. Well, it was very cold all over The hotel. The breakfast was poor and The spa area... I better don't mention. The only good part was the staff, all very friendly.

Want to experience haunted star hotel? Dirty floor carpets , irregular water supply, dirty Wash room If you ask any concerns to reception They always say "we will check for you" Also take a look on their copmplimentary breakfast

This is one of the worst hotel I ever seen in my life. I was booking for 6 days and I left after first night. Front Staff are very aggressive, visa machine are not working since one week as they reported. Can you imagine that the Rooms can be open from out side by any one??? no need for the card to open !! Even after complain they said its Ok we have Cameras???? in order to use the swimming pool you need to pay more money?? the rooms Telephone is working , light very week. its terrible place.

Being a business woman I travel a lot and has stayed in various hotels. As a part of my business trip I was unfortunate to stay at this overrated four star hotel a week back.it was the worst ever stay till date...No water in the toilet,poor breakfast and to top it the water closet had to be repaired every single day ..very poor staff services at the time of need...very much disappointing was their services.
