We booked a last-minute room here and ended up with 2 adjoining rooms to make 1 family room. Osama was friendly and helpful, checking us in quickly. Rooms are decent, with showers and heaters, and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was included and was served 6-10.30am, with both Jordanian and European food options. Breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond to help, particularly Ashraf, who helped me sweep out our hire car. Great service!

Horrible piace, i would never recommend this hotel to someone. - the rooms are smelly, because people can smoke inside. We asked to change the room to a no smoking one and they just put us in another room that was exactly the same - the workers are impolite, the receptionist even try to fool us - noisy at night, we couldn’t sleep until 3 in The morning which is something really bad if you are traveling around Jordan. I will ask for a redound of my money.

Pleasant stay. It was a one night stay. Room was very good and well equipped. However, the bathroom needs some work and the rooms should be more isolated. The staff are so kind and welcoming. The location is perfect on the 4th circle. Overall, my stay was very good and definitely will go back in the future.
