Hotel itself is fine. Rooms are big enough, shower could be a bit more bright (we got a room at the top level as requested, so there is a oblique and no light directly under the shower). We only received two towels for a 3 bed room and even though we asked we still received only two hand towels for the remaining days. The breakfast is okay, like really „okay“ but nothing more. If you only plan to go shopping like we did, the hotel is perfect. It’s much better than a lot of the other alternatives. Don’t get me wrong the room is clean and looks great. Service is really nice. I did not liked the missed towel, the loud music from the hookah bar until 1 am on the other side of the road (I think the windows are not tripled glassed) and the „okay“ breakfast. By the way (this annoyed me the most) sauna and spa is 20 EUROS AN HOUR!!! Like come on… that’s even more expensive than in country’s like Germany. I hope this part of the hotel will get bankrupt or something. 20 euros an hour for swimming or spa is a rip off. Per day is fine but not an hour. I would still recommend the hotel if you can get a good price like we did for the room. My rating would be more like a 3,5 but I can only give 3 or 4 stars in google.

The hotel has great locations for those who want to explore Istanbul. All stations are really close, Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque is 20 minutes away by walk, much closer by tram. The workers are really welcoming, kind and helpful. They are always available and there for your service. Rooms clean everyday, also the towers change everyday. The food for breakfast is really good, there are a lot of choices. There is parking minute away, that is paid extra. Every recommodation for this hotel.

The room actually looks like the pictures online. This was the room I stayed in. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I mostly stayed gone so I didn’t get to try breakfast or really interact with the staff but for a brief moment. The WiFi worked great and the shower pressure was good. I stayed 3 days. There’s a store right next to the hotel, coffee shop and a lot of restaurants. Very safe. Staff was nice.

Quite disappointed for the amount paid. The location is excellent and the building is in a good shape. The carpets in the rooms are dirty. There is mold in the shower as the ventilation is not too efficient. This smells bad as well of course. The service is terrible - asked for a soap that was finished and they haven’t replaced it - was told that it would be replaced which did not happen. The vanity kit was not replaced either once finished. We wanted to order food, they said at the reception that they would send the menu to the room - it has never arrived. The hammam and sauna can be booked in the morning but it’s not pre-heated, it was cold when we entered. Made a comment to the spa receptionist- she said she knows and she is sorry but that’s when they turn it on. So basically they know that the facilities are not running yet they don’t say a word when booking and charge you 20€. They propose to use their taxi which is way more expensive than many of the transport services available. The breakfast is not varied at all. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. As others mention, there are many fake comments and ratings as well.

A fair hotel in the proximity of turistic objectives in Istanbul. The staff tried to be helpful (parking and luggage) but with some problems on recomandation of other services around area (such as night with dinner on the boat). We booked an apartment but at the reception they change it to two twin rooms, although we were with two children (family 2+2) and they did not change it during the stay.
