I have been using their accommodations for my comebacks to Rome, my home town, and they have been my choice of reference for years now. Everything runs smoothly: cleaning, check-in, check-out and location of the rooms, I never had anything to complain about. Their support have been ready to help even when I had some last minute change to my arrival (my flight was super late :) ). You won't regret trusting their professionality while visiting Rome.

We paid €7,774 for three nights stay over the weekend of the Ryder cup. 1. Arrived as planned and dropped bags. Didn't need code as cleaners let us in. Were given a 3 digit code for a lockbox with 4 numbers on!! So when we arrived back late in the evening we could not get in. Owner could not be located ... ended up trapseing around Rome at 1am looking for hotels but could not get one as Ryder cup was on. Didn't get one - so ended up SLEEPING ON THE CONCRETE HALLWAY. 2. Night two .. electricity went off in hallway so no access via main entrance to building as powered pin code was now off. Eventually got in when another guest arrived. 3. Toilet in master bathroom would not flush .... Cleaner made aware on day one, but nobody fixed. Ended up using buckets of water :( 4. Place is in general poor state of repair throughout. Pictures completely flatter what is very low level accommodation. 5. There were four of us ... and we thought we were getting a palatial appartment that way more. In fact there are two beat up couches in the sitting room. 6. We'd have moved on day one but for the fact that Rome was completely full. DO NOT STAY HERE - Should not be listed on any site who have vetted properties or owners!!

I stayed 3 nights at the Sardela apartment in Venice with friends and it was fantastic. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to fully experience the Venetian atmosphere in a welcoming and classy environment, with comfortable spaces. The staff at Daplace were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a hassle-free stay.
