“High recommendation” I recently stayed here with my partner and was amazed by the level of hospitality and comfort we experienced. The rooms are very nice and clean, slightly dim lighting in parts. We were offered a room of our choosing from the lovely, accommodating staff. The staff were very helpful with everything we needed and also went a step further to make sure we had everything we needed, any requests we had were met with a smile. Breakfast was served every morning at a small extra cost which was always very nice. I found the whole experience to be exceptional value for money and would definitely return. The only downside is, it’s not very easy to find or clearly marked.

The place is in a perfect position, near to everything, but away from the most touristic spot of Marrakech. We followed the tip to ask for a room at the first floor and it was great, since humidity is tough. There is no heating, so the first night was cold and dreadful, but after a fight we succeeded in getting a small heater, so the following nights were great. The room was really quaint and the atmosphere was great, though there is no sunlight since the windows are really really small and this makes it a good place just to sleep. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all (sultan room) and the breakfast is quite disappointing, so it’s hard to give a good mark to the place. At the meantime, the whole environment is so particular and beautiful that it makes it hard to give a bad one too. I don’t think I would go back, but I could suggest it for a short (very short) stay to spend in the beautiful Moroccan style. The pool, as already said by other travelers, was empty, but being winter it might be understandable.
