Absolutely amazing staff! Iliass and Ahmed were so helpful, kind and attentive. They made the stay extra special for our group. The hotel is lovely and well kept. If I come back to Marrakech, I will be returning to Dar Seven! We had an excellent stay.

This riad is modern, beautifully decorated, luxurious in the souks of Medina! We stayed 6 nights! Our stay was incredible! The secret wasn’t t only this beautiful riad, but it’s staff. Amazing people who took care of us! Illyas, Ahmed and the whole staff made us feel like home. Examples: illyas gave us a mobile data card for our stay, he called us because it was 19.00 pm and he got worried if we were ok, we got hungry two times night time and and illyas and Ahmed went to buy pizza for us, Ahmed went to exchange money for us the first day, he went to buy something from the pharmacy for us, we saw some pants that we liked and illyas brought them for us, etc. whatever we needed, we had it. As If I ask from my mom something, and she satisfies me right away… These people really make us feel like home.. these people are the reason to go back to Marrakech.. thank you for everything! Beautiful and clean place. The open terrace and balconies were such a highlight for the second floor and top floor suites. The decor was beautiful too especially of the brown room. Most of all the people were extremely kind and hospitable. Ahmed, Ilyas are some of the names that stick out but everyone there was amazing. They go out of their way to help with whatever you need.

The people that work in this hotel are really friendly and helpfull, And its a really pretty building. That being said, i really dont think the rooms are worth the price(i paid 260 euro a night). This has multiple reasons: - The rooms have no locks. Meaning that every other guest could get into your room if they wanted. - There is no minifridge, watercooker or tv in the room. This is okay, but for a hotel this pricey these type of things should be included. - The shower doesnt have decent presure, warm water and a part of it doesnt work. For this price i expect them to repair what is broken. Especially the key thing really baffled me. For this price something like this is extremely reasonable to have. Even if i only paid 30 euro's a night i would expect to have a way to lock my room once i leave it. The hotel is not bad. Its just not correct for the price you pay. The location is good if you want to be close to the action and still be in a quiet place. But on the other side in the streets surrounding the hotel there is a lot of people bothering and harrassing you for money. In that sense the hotel is badly located and it can make you uncomfortable walking through this streets(especially in the night). Another annoyance was that their website states that if you stay for 4 nights that they will pick you up or drop you off at the airport once. But when i asked for this, they didnt knew what i talked about and afterwards told me this is only if you book the hotel through a specific website(this is not stated on the page where they gave this offer). So i had to pay 270 dirham for a ride to the airport(which is a lot more expensive then what you have to pay a taxidriver that just drive around the hotel(we paid 80) All in all the hotel is nice. But just way overpriced for what they offer. I can imagine people dont want to leave a bad review because the hosts are so friendly and thats why it is overrated in the reviews.
