Very disappointing visit, we were invited in off the street and we were lead to sit at the pool where we we paid €15 for two coca-colas!! Ridiculous price, we then went to enter the pool and was asked to pay €25 each to use it… very slow service also, asked 3 times for the coca-colas (place was empty), avoid!!🚨🚨🚨🚨

The palais is simply one of the most beautiful establishments I have ever been to, especially in the Marrakech medina. Thanks to chef Rachid and chef Aurelien for incredible cuisine that is so thoughtfully prepared with ingredients bought fresh daily. The restaurant and whole Palais has such a stunning aesthetic - everything so beautiful and well appointed

Best place we've been at. What a great staff! We definately reccomand this place. We got served by Aimad. What a great, kind man he is, Masha Allah. We had a fabulous time and we will come back again. The food was delicious.

The staff were great and 100% hospitable. We visited for dinner and had a fantastic meal. Beautiful surroundings with truly personal service. They are installing a new pool so the hotel was closed but the restaurant was still open. The friendly guy on reception gave us a tour of the hotel, including the Kings Suite which was very opulent and a place my wife and I would love to stay in. Our teenage sons liked the plush twin room across the equally amazing court yard. We were they only people in the restaurant with the hotel closed. They gave us excellent service and made us feel cared for while we enjoyed the amazing location. The meal was a great selection of local delights well presented and all very tasty. It was an oasis of cool and calm tranquillity away from the hustle and bustle of the sweltering August night time streets of Marrakech.
