MRT Surian Station offers a fantastic location, conveniently situated near shopping malls, restaurants, banks, cafes, and grocery stores, making it a prime transportation hub. The station itself is clean and spacious, providing a pleasant environment for commuters. However, it's worth noting that occasional escalator malfunctions can be a minor inconvenience. One notable aspect of MRT Surian Station is the availability of restrooms. The toilets are generally clean, which is a credit to the hardworking cleaners who maintain the facilities. This attention to cleanliness adds to the overall positive experience of using the station. In conclusion, I am pleased with my experience at MRT Surian Station. Its strategic location, coupled with its cleanliness and spaciousness, makes it a reliable and convenient mode of transportation. Despite the occasional escalator issues, I would not hesitate to utilize the station again.

What a very bad customer service. My tng can’t touch and said my tng can’t be used. then i went to customer service to ask why, and she said my card is inactive because the last time i used it on 2021. she simply said that??? i use my card early this month btw. after that, she proceed do something with my card (finally can be use), and she gives me her btchy face. if you think working as customer service is tiring, don’t work as customer service! luckily im still sane, to talk properly and good to this cs. 10/12/2023 - around 9am - 10am.

Surian MRT Station is a comfortable city transit station with spacious and cean environment. It is also equipped with toilet and prayer room. The MRT Station is directly connected to Sunway Giza, Sunway Nexis and Tropicana Garden Mall.
