The water bill is submitted on time every month, but it is said that it has not been paid back. The renter is threatened to cut the water if he does not pay. Then the electricity bill is very expensive. Then the security guards here are very obscene and irresponsible. They are not responsible for the front desk work …… There are many thieves here who rent here have to protect their own things.

About here rent residence must becareful take noted about Lobby reception security showed very bad attitude and no manners for residents... there was delivery food or parcel not allow go upstair but on time security in charge let another residence at to take another ppl order food or parcel at the table front desk never reply for responsibility work ..Hope management can take some action to improve the service.

security is very good.. no problem so far .. even in water crisis we have no problem with water.. electric use topup abis expensive then normal house but its worthy.. have pool/gim/ and playground at lvl 8 don't no worries about car or motorcycle passing by . can pass by mall have shortcut at G floor.. very nice place to live low density and large parking place both lvl 7 and G floor
