Useful location for business trip. Room was a good size, but the bathroom was dirty and the bath broken. There was rubbish left from the previous client and the shower hose was black with mould. Noise levels kept me up until 2am and woke me at 4am. There were snail/slug trails on the carpets. On speaking with management I received a rude email and no further support. Awful customer support.

Central location of the hotel close to Paddington station, but aged Hotel with tiny rooms and older equipment, bathroom was disgusting and not clean, staff not very friendly. Very noisy due to street traffic and small room walls. Bad breakfast in a crowded room with tiny offer. Stay there is not recommended.

The hotelroom was very dirty. There were hairs all over the bathroom. Mold in the shower and on the tiles. You could see that the cleaning was very bad. I paid 400 pounds what translates to 470 euro. This is an absurd amount of money for the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. I spoke to the receptionist and they told me that they would speak to the management. I would like some sort of compensation. But I still haven’t heard anything.
